What We Do
The Problem
Nearly 1 in 6 students lacks a foundation in financial literacy (OECD PISA, 2022).
Too many young people grow up without learning to budget, invest, or build credit — the skills that shape their ability to plan for college, pursue careers, and build stable futures.
Our Mission
Fortune Avenue creates an accessible path toward financial equity for underserved youth of color. By empowering youth through youth, we provide mentorship and skill-building opportunities that lead to lasting changes in their communities.
Our Vision
A future where every teen can navigate money, build wealth, and access fulfilling careers regardless of zip code.
Our Two-Pronged Approach
Our Approach splits into two parts:
01 Financial Education Initiatives.
02 Youth Workforce Development
